Making things a little clearer

It’s always confusing when thinking of getting an interiors or graphics team on board. Cost is often the first hurdle to come across, but seeing that you are reading this page, you are part of the way there already! Due to our location we can deliver amazing design but at a fraction of the city agencies, we just don’t have the overheads of expensive rent etc. This is no way detrimental to the design or level of service, just the opposite!

Questions and answers QandA

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you charge for your first meeting?

No. We either meet on site or you come to the office to discuss the scope of works, view the portfolio in greater depth, discuss budgets and timeframe’s etc. After this, we will go away and produce a draft quote for you and discuss further accordingly.

How much do you charge?

We mainly work to a fixed fee per project, but it is wholly dependent on the scope of works. We work to a day rate if needed but this is very rare. Our fees are extremely competitive, call us on 01872 888557 to find out more

Can I use the team for part of the project?

Yes. We are happy to provide a design consultancy service, priced at a standard day rate. This service is proving to be more popular in the current economic climate.

Do you have an in house style?

We try not to. We travel to interior trade shows regularly to keep in touch with what is current and establish new supplier relationships. Graphics are created without any house style, producing the correct brand for your business from the outset.

I have an architect, do I need an interior designer?

Preferably, yes. We work with architects all of the time. Architects and interior designers work very differently, and they should, they are different trades. Architects are more concerned with the structure and skin of the building. We stay current with what is new in the interiors industry, always providing csot effective, fresh, practical design solutions to any public or private space.

What is included in a typical interior design package?

If it’s the full package we would begin with the consultation, provide a design proposal including the costs, feasibility study to include plans and general arrangements and mood boards, concept interior visuals, detailed drawings of the design for costing, planning/ licence permissions, tender documents for accurate costing, on site project delivery alongside the main contarctor.

Who owns the graphics once they are created?

You do. All work is provided to you either electronically of via a hard copy on disk.

What are your payment terms?

If the job is staged, we require payments after each stage is finalized, before any other work will be carried out. Otherwise, strictly a 14 day payment.
