A full space planning service is included in the concept design stage. We listen to your needs and develop a solution that is profitable and user friendly. We will highlight areas that are under utilized, break the space into zones and optimize the number of people to any one area to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability- without it a space isn't working to it's maximum potential, which potentially leads to a loss of revenue.

FF&E : The sourcing and specification of Furniture, fittings and equipment are provided as part of the design package. Over the years we have built great relationships with suppliers allowing us to offer the most competitive prices in the market. These discounts are obviously passed onto you… the client.
